How do you provide service?

Depending on the nature of the problem and urgency, we are able to visit your location, arrange for drop-offs, or do remote support.

Remote support is provided using Teamviewer, which is initiated by you when you are on the phone with us. It only allows us access when you run the application by generating a unique password for each session. The advantages of this type of support are:

  • You don’t have to be at your computer once we have connected.
  • You won’t be inconvenienced by having us on-site.
  • We are able to multitask, working on more than one of your issues or computers at the same time.
